If you’re a new client, welcome! To get an appointment scheduled with any of our five veterinarians, we ask that all new clients give us a call at 407-699-1500 so that we can schedule you and add you and your pets into our computer system. To know what to expect during your first visit with us, please visit our ‘New Client Information‘ page. If you have any questions about your first visit, please give us a call or send us an email.

If you’re a client whose pet is already established with us, please utilize this form to schedule appointments. We may reach out to you if we have additional questions regarding your appointment request.
